Summary/Abstract: Our existence moves between the individual and the society. The state organizes the lives of the nations. Human society can not be conceived without a functional organization. Individual life is a gift of the gods who protect the state. Vasile Pârvan saw the indestructible connection between man and society between the individual and his peers. Laws, justice in itself, human society are something of a natural nature. Starting from the analysis of the Greek history of the Euxin Pontus, Parvan transposes his own reflections on the political philosophy.
