Summary/Abstract: The various interactions between employees create the premises for the emergence and development of conflicts, which, if not managed, can adversely affect the results of the work. Cultural values influence preferences for different conflict resolution options. The article analyses the influence of different cultural dimensions on the emergence, as well as the ways of managing conflicts in the context of business.
