Summary/Abstract: The aim of this article is to review the practice of the courts when adjusting life sentences, decided in proceedings under Art. 457 of the PPC (enforcement under CoE Convention on transfers) and Art. 12 of the Law on the implementation of the FD on Transfer of prisoners, and the challenges thereto.
