Non-compliance with the regime of explosive substances

Summary/Abstract: In the present study we proceeded to examine one of the crimes that present a particular impact in terms of public safety. Since this crime was also provided for in the previous law with a different legal content and punishment limits, during the examination we considered a brief comparative analysis of these provisions, the structure and legal content of the crime, the ways of committing it and some procedural aspects. The work can be useful to students of specialized faculties in the country or abroad, as well as to law practitioners.
