Failure to declare certain information

Summary/Abstract: In the framework of the paper, I have carried out an analysis of this offence, which was not provided for in the Romanian criminal legislation, it being introduced into the Romanian criminal law, recently in 2020. The criminalization of this fact was determined by the need to prevent and fight more efficiently the spread of the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus on the territory of Romania. During the examination, we took into account both the pre-existing elements of the crime, its constitutive content as well as the forms, ways of committing it as well as some complementary explanations. The novelty element consists in the examination carried out, the work being useful in current judicial practice, as well as for the preparation of students of specialized faculties in the country.
