Summary/Abstract: The Roman history presented by Titus Livius in his masterly Ab Urbe Condita, is not a dry chronicle of events, years and deeds without emotions, on the contrary, it is a living history, full of human models, full of heroes who influenced the events, who made Rome a world city, who loved their homeland, regardless of their gender. The Roman youth rose to the expectations of the elders of Rome, demonstrating their talent and determination when needed. Titus Livius describes sine ira et studiothe deeds and legends of the Roman youth, of which three exponents drew our attention in this study, namely: Horatius Cocles, with whom the Tiber allied in his struggle to defend the entrance to Rome, Mucius Scaevola, the young Roman kamikaze who infiltrated into the enemy camp to eliminate the leader, but especially Cloelia, the young virgin who proved to be as capable as any Roman general, and managed to escape the enemy camp. All these heroic characters in Titus Livius' work are models for the youth all over the world and from any age, not only in ancient Rome, the talent of Titus Livius is to transform their deeds into history through his work, regardless of their gender or social status, by demonstrating that the heroes of the Romans have no age, gender or limit of courage.
