Summary/Abstract: The pure lyricism is spotted at a universal level starting with the French poets and the perception of Henry Bergson. The role of the poetic language as an artistic material of use is to establish a deep and complex harmony of all its components in order to express the content’s musicality. The most important aspect seems to be the correspondence between the world and the language, so, the suggestion represents the finality and the substance of the poetry. Since 1850 Baudelaire transforms the purity of the poetry in an elementary requirement and the purism tries to isolate the poetry of all the non-aesthetic values in which case the poetry will be pure or will stop to be poetry.
