Summary/Abstract: In this study are being presented the European Convention on Human Rights and the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, the most important legal documents for the protection of human rights on the European continent, as well as the relationships between them. This analysis also aims to highlight the importance of these two documents in the sphere of human rights protection.
