Summary/Abstract: The burdensome administrative barriers in relation to the wise purpose of the law, involve additional costs for the economic agents in the business environment, costs that will ultimately be found in the final price of the products and services to which they are capitalized on the internal market for export. These administrative costs amounted, according to estimates made in 2017, to 3.5% of GDP at European Union (EU) level, having a derect effect on the competitiveness of EU companies in a global and extremely competitive economy.
