DOPING USAGE TENDENCY IN ELITE ATHLETES AND EFFECT ON SPORT ORGANIZATION

Summary/Abstract: The usage of doping in sport is one of the bigest problem in contemporary sport. The sample of our research were athletes who had admited usage of doping during their sport carear. Results shows that athletes are not sufficiently informed about the harmfullness and consequences of doping, or they just dont care. They start to take doping relativly young. Almoust all are convinced that their opponents use doping and thus justify themselves. It turned out that the athletes are concerned only for the so-called sports sanctions, dont care about misdemeanor or criminal responsibility of those who use doping, as well as for the consequences for their health. The use of doping among the athletes can significantly affect the work of the sports organization.
