Summary/Abstract: State sovereignty has been and will continue to evolve. This is due to the changes that are taking place in relations between states and within states themselves. The current understanding of sovereignty is influenced by various ties between the states – economic, technological, financial, and sometimes military or security. The concept of sovereignty is undergoing dynamisation but is also subject to constant changes in its conceptualisation. All of this requires a comprehensive interest on the part of the doctrine and the jurisprudence of constitutional courts. The article is an attempt to draw attention to these phenomena.
