The occurrence of final administrative decisions or final judicial deci-sions for established civil law relations in the field of electricity trading

Summary/Abstract: The legal nature of electricity and its disposal belong to the border area between public and private law. However, the mutual diffusion of both regulations does not necessarily form a harmonious whole. The more so because the problem of the interface between public and private law has not been sufficiently recognized. When carrying out the above-mentioned considerations it was noticed that one of the characteristics of electricity trading is the occurrence of final administrative decisions or final judicial decisions that cause direct or indirect civil law effects, which is of major importance for established civil law relations in the field of electricity trading. The acts become the cause of establishing a given legal relationship or they themselves create it, which affects the scope of modification of the content of these legal relationships by the parties themselves.
