Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to determine the difference in the perception of destination image about the city where the students who have an associate degree education are continuing their education by comparing them before and after the field trips. In the study, the same questionnaire forms were applied to 120 students studying at Sındırgı Vocational School before and after field trips to Sındırgı destination. Destination image perceptions of students in the research; Sındırgı's "natural, cultural and historical attractions" were evaluated under the dimensions of "environmental order and cleanliness", "local people", "transportation" and "recreational activities". The questionnaires were analyzed in the SPSS statistical program. Image perception before and after field trips was compared according to the paired t-test. According to the results of the analysis, the image perception acquired by the students after participating in the field trip promoting the destination is higher than the image perception before participating in the field trip. The highest positive difference between the dimensions is the "local people" dimension, and the lowest positive difference is the "environmental order and cleanliness" dimension. In addition, male students' post-trip image perceptions are more positive than female students. Keywords:
