Summary/Abstract: The chosen article focuses on the economic potential presented by the rehabilitation of the Zangazur transit corridor, which is of geo-economic and strategic importance in the South Caucasus region and its neighboring areas. Azerbaijan considers the reconstruction of the transport corridor in the territories liberated after the Second Karabakh War to be essential. In this context, the country is taking serious steps to establish major transportation projects in those areas. One of the major challenges in Karabakh today is the establishment of the Zangazur corridor, and the removal of all transportation bottlenecks, all of which are covered in the tripartite statement. The chosen paper investigates the economic opportunities and regional integration issues as a result of the commencement of the Zangazur transit hub for not only South Caucasus countries but Eurasia region.
