Summary/Abstract: The Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists formed a network of emigrant organisations in Europe and North America. Expansion towards the Balkans was a natural course of influence for the organisation – both because of its proximity to Soviet Ukraine and the presence of Ukrainians in the countries of that region, but financial and, above all personnel constraints allowed for very modest activities in this area. The Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists met with little support in the Balkans, unlike other places, mainly due to the poor material situation and poor national awareness of the Ukrainians who lived there. The aim of this article is to supplement the existing knowledge of the activities of the Organisation of Ukrainian Nationalists in the Balkans based on the report of an inspection trip Yaroslav Baranovs’kyy made at the turn of June and July 1933.
