Summary/Abstract: Liviu Rebreanu showed his true value as a playwright, novelist, columnist, but consecrated himself mainly through his mastery as a novelist. The various literary genres he tries, reveal the writer's need to always be another through every page. Rebreanu sought, in fact, his great fulfilment, with the ultimate gift of interpreting life and reality, always looking at them from another angle. His novels are often descriptions of passionate events with tragic outcomes.
