Summary/Abstract: Human resource is the driving part of the business machine. The person in the organization contributes to its functioning through the three types of potential: physical, mental and creative. For these reasons and the need to innovate, businesses must invest in human resources if they are to be adequate in today's rapidly changing economy. Whenever we talk about people, we should be aware that we are different and have different behaviour in different situations. This also applies to our work. Under the influence of internal and external factors, we realize our potential to varying degrees. Internal factors can be managed by management, and our internal emotions - only by ourselves. This is where human resources management comes to our aid, and in the tourism it is unthinkable without human care from person to person.
