Summary/Abstract: Although research in stakeholder management is already several decades old, the field is still, it seems, in search of a direction, addressing very diverse topics from ethics and organizational politics to organizational psychology. In the approximately 40 years of the existence of stakeholder theory, a large number of models have appeared that allow the formalization of approaches for setting priorities and choosing a strategy for interaction with stakeholders. The choice to use a particular model in a particular case is usually determined by the level of complexity and scope of the project. It should be noted that some models complement each other and can be used together.
