Summary/Abstract: We believe that at the present time, the dimensions of existing crises and those expected to unfold are multiple and generate unprecedented changes at the global level. On the other hand, current and future crises are unfolding and will unfold in the context of significant technical and technological differences, often taking on an asymmetric character. In this article we aim to examine some aspects of conceptual developments in post-conflict operations based on the current reality demonstrated by accumulated experience, that all military conflicts are unique in their own way, and that post-conflict rehabilitation and reconstruction is conditioned both by the level of involvement of the international community, the degree of military involvement of various international actors, and the existence of various sources of global instability
