Summary/Abstract: In order to establish a social order required normal coexistence in a civilized society, it requires the knowledge of criminal law strictly be observed. Preceding this way the legislature intended that recipients criminal criminal rules to show a particular concern about your knowledge of conduct that must adopt and act in a full knowledge and responsibility.
