THE CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK FOR TRANSFORMING THE STATE ARCHIVES DURING THE DIRECTORATE CONSTANTIN MOISIL. CONSTANTIN MOISIL A LEADER OF HIS TIME

Summary/Abstract: Our intercession purpose is to overtake the institutional reorganization process, the appointment and management of the position of general manager of the State Archives Division in Bucharest, as well as the program of managerial measures implemented by mr. Constantin Moisil - the General Director. The setting up of The Great Romania brought not only the national political cohesion but also the prospect of launching several state reform projects in order to warrant a structural and harmonious development of the country. Mr. Constantin Moisil is the promoter of the institutional reorganization process which was seeking for the upgrading of the entire management system of the State Archives characteristic work together with the assigning of new responsabilities and competences to supplement the political, economic and sociocultural reforms that provide the function of the entire system of the state management.
