Summary/Abstract: This article proposes a brief analysis of the activity that the hearing clerk performed in relation to theprovisions established thru resolutions and the solutions pronounced by the court regarding the regularityof the notification act, according to art. 300 Criminal Procedure Code 1968, by comparison with the activityit carries out according to the new criminal procedural provisions that currently regulate the preliminarychamber phase.
