Summary/Abstract: Farabi, a Turkish-Islamic philosopher, lived between approximately 870-950 years and is considered one of the most important Islamic philosophers. In this study, the virtuous or virtuous cities of this great Islamic philosopher were examined and tried to be compared with each other. According to him, the purpose of human birth is happiness and this happiness can only be achieved in virtuous or virtuous cities. While investigating what qualifications a person or people who could be president or chief should have in this virtuous city, it was also examined who and to what extent Farabi might have been affected. According to Farabi, virtuous life is possible only in virtuous societies or cities. He also revealed the qualities of cities that are not virtuous and explained the mistakes they made one by one. Although he lived more than a thousand years ago, he is a rare philosopher who sees the future and evaluates and interprets societies accordingly.
