Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to examine the effects of organizational arrogance and favoritism perception levels of employees on organizational citizenship behaviors and to determine whether organizational climate has a mediating role on both perception levels. The research was planned with a quantitative research design. As a data collection tool in the research, the Manager's Arrogance Scale, Nepotic Attitude Scale, The Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, and the Organizational Climate Scale were used. According to the findings obtained from the research; There is a negative and significant relationship between organizational arrogance and favoritism perception levels of employees and organizational citizenship behaviors. In this relationship, the regulatory role of the organizational climate has been determined. It has been concluded that in organizations where a strict and hierarchical climate is dominant, employees' perceptions of managerial arrogance and favoritism are high.
