THE ORGANISATIONAL CULTURE OF THE SCHOOL-GENERAL AND SPECIFIC PROBLEMS OF ONLINE EDUCATION

Summary/Abstract: At the level of defining and analyzing the school institution, one can observe an increasing tendency in the last decades to resemble the School with an Organization. Thus, terms such as management, leadership, climate, organizational culture, etc. were introduced in the language of the field of Education Sciences. In this paper we will analyse the issue of school organization culture, its importance, how to form and develop a strong and positive culture and we will identify ways to continue and promote, transmit the culture of school organization and in the current conditions, in which the educational process passed in the online environment.
