Summary/Abstract: The article presents the lexis naming food and beverages registered in the Chełmno-Dobrzyń dialect dictionaries. The language material was excerpted from seven sources from the 19th, 20th and 21st centuries. Only differential units constitute the subject of this article. The aim of the article, apart from presenting and organizing the material, is also an attempt to establish which part of names are used only in the Chełmno-Dobrzyń dialect. This task was possible due to the determination of the distribution of individual units among the analyzed vocabulary in Polish dialects, with particular emphasis on the Greater Poland dialect. The issue of German lexical borrowings in the discussed dialect was also mentioned.
