Summary/Abstract: Loan agreement, regarding its importance in transactions, is one of significant contracts, which is related to different disputes. One of the isues refers legality of clause on loan processing fee. There are different opinions about it, particulary in court practice. In this papper, author considers that clause on loan processing fee is legal. In that sence, author analyzes relevant orders in obligation law, banking law and consumer protection law. Thus, the purpose of this research is to examine accordnace the clause on loan processing fee to positive legislation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
