Summary/Abstract: The aim of this study is to investigate the factors affecting Turkey's export according to the transportation modes. For this purpose, the factors that are likely to affect Turkey's exports by using the road, rail, sea, and air transport modes have been determined. In the study, in which monthly data for the period 2000:01-2019:12 were used, export data according to transportation modes (roadway, railway, seaway, and airway) were the dependent variable, Turkey's industrial production index, EU countries' industrial production index, real exchange rate index and Brent oil price as independent variables. As a result of FMOLS level shift and FMOLS regime shift analyses made by considering structural breaks, it was determined that Turkey's industrial production index is the most important variable affecting exports according to all modes of transportation. After Turkey's industrial production index, the real exchange rate index, according to the model created and the methods used; It has been determined that it is one of the other important variables that affect Turkey's exports according to the modes of transportation. As a result, it has been determined that the policies aimed at increasing the production capacity will affect the export of Turkey according to the transportation modes rather than the competitive exchange rate policies.
