Summary/Abstract: In the research, it is aimed to examine the effect of the perceptions of the people working in the accommodation businesses regarding the talent management practices on career planning. In order to achieve this goal, employees of 4 and 5 star accommodation establishments in Konya are included. Purpose sampling method was used in the study and the sample consisted of 140 employees. The obtained data were analyzed with the SPSS 21,0 program. As a result of the study; It has been determined that the application of trust in the institution talent management has a significant effect on the organizational career planning dimension of career planning. It has been determined that the organizational support and operational compliance dimension of talent management applications have a significant effect on the organizational career planning dimension of career planning, while the application of competence talent management has a significant effect on individual career planning dimension. In addition, it has been determined that the job satisfaction talent management application has a significant effect on the career planning of the organizational career planning dimension. Considering the results, it has been concluded that the talent management practices of the accommodation business employees have a partial effect on career planning.
