Summary/Abstract: Purpose – From the Organizational Behavior perspective, the ability of employees to successfully do the job they are responsible for is an indicator of their job performance and businesses should care about the high perception of fairness and trust of their employees. Today, it is known that the job performance of the employees who feel good psychologically will be high. This study aims at understanding the nature of the relationship between organizational employees' psychological well-being (PWB) and work performance (WP) and to clarify the moderating effect of organizational trust (OT) and procedural justice (PJ) in this relationship. Design/Methodology/Approach – This is a quantitative, and a correlational study to understand the nature of the relationship between research concepts. It is also a cross-sectional one. Four different measurement tools with high validity and reliability were employed to understand the relationships between the key concepts of the study, and the research findings were empirically supported. Findings – The most striking research finding was the high level of correlation between the perceptions of employees' psychological well-being and work performance. The second important result is that although the participants' perceptions of (PWB, OT and PJ) were slightly above the average, all of the participants stated their work performance as 'good'. It has been understood that the employees and their perceptions of organizational trust and procedural justice play a moderator role in the relationship between the concepts of (PIO) and (IP) as hypothesized and consistent with the theoretical framework. Discussion – In brief, it is possible to say that top managers of organizations should give importance to this issue, considering that if the mental health level of the employees is high, they will be more successful in the realization of business activities and strategies.
