The research covers the people working in the cockpit and cabin crew in the aviation industry. The prepared questionnaire was sent to 500 people and 398 responses were received. In line with the answers obtained, first of all, exploratory factor analysis was performed using the AMOS program. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, it was seen that the resilience perception was divided into four factors as personal space, family, social competence and ego. In order to examine whether there is a significant difference between these factors and the descriptive feature, the data were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Findings – As a result of the analysis, it was found that there is a perception of resilience in people working as cabin crew and cockpit crew in the aviation industry. Discussion – Considering the general evaluation of the study, the perception of resilience in the aviation sector is clearly seen for the cockpit crew. The striking point here is that there is no difference in gender. In other words, the perception of resilience does not make a difference for women and men, and even creates the same perception for both parties. It is also clearly seen that the cockpit crew stands out especially in terms of sub-dimensions.
