Summary/Abstract: The present paper treats two situations: first the situation of the dissatisfied customer, who did not receive all the products he ordered or he received another product and the second situation is when the supplier tries to correct his mistake. In these cases we have two business letters: the letter of complaint and the reply letter. Both of them will be explained by means of examples.
