Summary/Abstract: Competition law is a set of rules and mechanisms applied by institutions that provide protection of competition in the market, i.e. protection (preventive and subsequent) of market participants and consumers, which is the ultimate goal of this policy. The implementation of competition policy improves their economic efficiency and achieves the best results in the use of resources, which overall has a positive impact on economic growth and development. One of the forms of protection of competition is the prohibition of abuse of a dominant position on the market. Behavior that can be considered as an abuse of a dominant position can be categorized in different ways, but the traditional and important division is related to its effects. This paper will deal with exclusive forms of abuse, i.e. the ways on the basis of which the abuse is determined and the measures for its prevention or elimination.
