Summary/Abstract: The article provides information on digital banking in Azerbaijan's banking sector and how it is presented to customers through various alternative distribution channels. At the same time, a thorough analysis was carried out in this regard and numerous findings were made. The investigation revealed that the vast majority of banks in our nation operate under the notion of digital banking. At the same time, numerous digital banking instruments, such as mobile banking, internet banking, and ATM banking, that are provided to customers by banks in our nation have been recognized. Therefore, banks allow their clients to use these tools to complete a variety of banking operations. These banking procedures include doing numerous non-cash transactions, changing the PIN for credit and debit cards, and more. It is worth noting that the state has played a significant role in supporting the development of digital banking in Azerbaijan. This is evidenced by state programs aimed at increasing non-cash payments, reducing cash transactions, and educating the population in digital banking. The research also reveals that digital banking is a new concept in Azerbaijan. However, it is believed that digital banking will play an important role in increasing the profitability of the country's banks in the present and future.
