Summary/Abstract: The European unique market is dynamic, constantly evolving and adapting itself to the new realities. Still, it must remain dynamic and steadily adapt itself in order to remain valid, and continuously contribute to the economic growth and social cohesion. The unique market must take position by stimulating the development of norms and quality standards in accordance with the international norms, in order to enable the European citizens and enterprises to benefit from the opportunities of globalization, minimizing the risks at the same time.
