Summary/Abstract: This article presents the issue of responsibility for the position of the body cooperating with the public administration authorities. It analyses and discusses regulations on administrative cooperation at national level. The article starts with a short overview doctrinal and judicial understanding of cooperation as a form of between public administrations. It is followed by an analysis of legal solutions under administrative and civil law.
