EVIDENCE SAFEGUARDING UNDER THE CIVIL LITIGATION CODE

Summary/Abstract: In the article entitled Evidence safeguarding under the Civil Litigation Code, the author analyzes the issue of this institute in court proceedings in matters falling within the jurisdiction of a civil court. The aim of this article is to deal in detail with the purpose and assumptions that has to be met for a court decision on this safeguard. The article pays special attention to the safeguarding of evidence in matters of intellectual property law.
