Summary/Abstract: The article presents the issue of sexual abuses and sexual crimes in the cyberspace in which, most often, minors are either victims or perpetrators. It presents the legal- -criminal assessment of acts committed with the use of tele-computer systems and the communication network, including those of “grooming”, “sexting”, pornography, pedophile acts and child prostitution. It also discusses the issue of cybersexual abuse in peer relations and attempts at determining whether instruments of a strictly legal nature are an effective tool in preventing the expansion of cybercrime acts perpetrated by and to the detriment of minors.
