Summary/Abstract: In the present article, the author, a fine exegete of Dostoyevsky’s works, manages to reveal a theology of the „Image” of Jesus Christ. According to Dostoevsky, the true restoration of humanity must start from Christ. In these two characters, Alyosha and Myshkin, Jesus Christ is felt with a particular intensity, but in the same time in a natural way. Trustful to the metaphysics of Dostoievsky, the author emphasizes the idea of sacredness of culture and of course hints that he agrees with those that called Dostoevsky a theologian of laity.
