Summary/Abstract: In this study, in which it is aimed to examine the installation of sustainable lighting systems in classrooms and library structures of educational institutions, the methods used for lighting office buildings in general will also be mainly included. Office buildings are where people spend the majority of their time. Therefore, by increasing the requirement of daylight utilization of office buildings, it is possible to provide maximum energy efficiency and comfort of use. Using daylight effectively by using intelligent lighting control systems in sustainable office buildings is a common area related to many strategies, especially energy conservation. Efficient use of daylight also ensures efficient use of energy at the same time. The effective use of daylight depends on the effective use of artificial lighting systems in parallel with the developing technology. XIX. the development in the field of economy that occurred at the end of the century has prepared the ground for the emergence of a new white-collar business sector over time. The proportion of structures that create job opportunities in the USA in a modern sense has increased over time, and the existence of new offices has been required in order to meet the needs of white-collar employees in the workplace. The office building in Europe has been created in order to find solutions to the elements related to management in the ongoing past period.
