Summary/Abstract: Participation of non-public entities in the implementation of public administration tasks requires reflection on the issue of the possibility of deconcentration of public authority to these entities. Targeted questions are not only about the mechanism of deconcentration or the scope and form of public authorized to be delegated to the non-public entity. Fundamental importance should be assigned legal issues of admissibility and the purposefulness of deconcentration of public authority to non-public entities.
