Summary/Abstract: In this study, which aims to examine the communication barriers experienced in educational organizations and the suggestions for their solution, the failures in communication and interaction within the institution will be addressed. If the flow of information and news between people and groups is interrupted, this is a reason that leads people and units to various conflicts.
