Summary/Abstract: This paper runs about the cognitive specifics of Russian and Slovak phrases with the similar derivative and semantic structure. They are mostly different by one lexical component that occurs to be the nucleus of the national mention specifics of the phrase. The main opposite concepts of Russian and Slovak languages like High – Wide, Limited – Unlimited, Opened – Closed, Abstract – Concrete, are analyzed. The author comes with the hypothesis about the impact of the environment geomorphological structure on the forming of conceptual sphere of each language.
