Monograph: Participation in the animation activities as a part of developing a sense of agency among youth

Summary/Abstract: Activities in the area of social animation are activity-oriented to changes in the local environment by stimulating social activity and the process of self discovery by its participants. The latter aspect of social animation, is personalized, individual gain for the participant of activities in form of the knowledge of himself, was exposed in an article with particular emphasis on the importance of this process for young people. Taking into account the decision-making process, shown in the aspect of educational transactional analysis, an attempt was made to present the relationship between participation in social animation activities and a sense of agency in young participants of this process.
