Love Came with Exile

Summary/Abstract: One of the well‐known authres of republic era Kemal Tahir made his first marriage with Fatma Irfan which was one of the most important milestones of his life story. But this marriage ended in a short time, in the following years he chose Semiha Uzunhasan as a wife, who was the first saupose of Kerim Said. Nazım Hikmet had a great role on this marriage. Both of them ( Nazım Hikmet and Kemal Tahir) on a period of being locked up, Nazım Hikmet divorced Piraye and married with Münevver, and Kemal Tahir met his second wife Semiha Uzunhasan. Here not only Nazım Hikmet and Münevver’s love but also Semiha Uzunhasan relationship, which took Kemal Tahir to his second marriage is dealt. Also, the troubles that Kemal Tahir went through untill he became a wellknown author were tired to be given on the backstage of Kemal Tahir‐Semiha Uzunhasan love affair which is the main subject of this study. Our study introduction Semiha Uzunhasan‐Kerim Sadi separation, Semiha Uzunhasan‐Kemal Tahir consist of four chapters under the headings of love and the result.
