Challenges, dilemmas and controversies of globalization

Summary/Abstract: In this paper author discusses the challenges, dilemmas and controversies that predominantly determine the globalization processes. Through their identification and analysis the author expresses skepticism regarding the project of globalization, pointing out that those fundamental determinants of globalization will be crucial and contribute for its cataclysm. Namely, this article is about a venture that is completely devoid of moral force or about a project whose nature is determined exclusively by interest that has pretensions for domination, control and brutal robbery of space disguised in platitudes on “global good” and “global peace”. The facts presented in this paper are in the function of affirmation of skepticism in such globally ambitious project, which is purely egoistical in its nature and covered in altruistic platitudes.
