Summary/Abstract: Entrepreneurship involves a person's motivation and ability to identify an opportunity and using it by adding value or obtaining a benefit. Entrepreneurship concerns the individual's ability to turn ideas into action by having initiative, being responsible to accept risks and achieve objectives. National authorities have become aware that studying entrepreneurship concepts starting with school age it will encourage young people to express their entrepreneurial spirit. Skills characteristic of entrepreneurs, responsibility, adaptability, spontaneity, foresight, initiative must be cultivated and developed from the primary school level in schools and colleges. The purpose of this paper is to identify if the entrepreneurs from Bihor County observe that there is a connection between entrepreneurial education and organizational performance. As a research method I applied a questionnaire to a number of fifty entrepreneurs in order to find out if they own a business diploma or if they attended some special entrepreneurial courses and in what extend this fact influenced the organizational results.
