Towards a Community of Public Clerks: The Associationism of State Agents in Great Romania

Summary/Abstract: This study aims to examine the organization of public employees in a social and professional framework, to study the polarization within this entity, analyze their self-image, the work of self, their fight for human and financial professionals and their relationship to politics and the country's leaders. We have analyzed the crystallization of a common identity of public officials and the evolution of distinct categories of public servants who, while being heterogeneous with respect to one another, are fairly homogeneous.
