Summary/Abstract: In the current period, everything is based on the development of a culture of innovation, of knowledge, of encouraging creativity. For this reason, we believe that in the field of education we should reconsider the principles of the student-teacher relationship (teacher communication style) and tilt the balance towards the new communicative leadership based on teacher communication skills, conscious rhetorical skills (ability to manage creative interaction with students) and facilitation skills. All this can be achieved by drawing a new paradigm in didactic communication.
