Summary/Abstract: This article presents the doctrinal differences of Eucharist that have led to the separation of the Catholic Church from Lutheran Church and the shy steps toward reconciliation and reinstatement of relations. In the first part I briefly set out the major tenets of the doctrine of the Eucharist Catholic church and the Lutheran church highlighting theological points of difference between the two churches: transubstantiation, the sacrificial act and Sacerdotalism. In the second part I dealt ecumenical dialogue on the Eucharist between the Catholic and Lutheran from the points of convergence of these two churches (institution of the Eucharist by Christ, the real presence of Christ in the Eucharist, the benefits of Eucharist and celebration of Eucharist) and then mentioned some of the concrete actions in this dialogue.
